We initially contacted Sheryll early January about our interest in obtaining a Seattle investment property. Never did we expect that within a span of just 6 weeks, we would be official “Seattlelites,” and it would not have been possible without Sheryll’s help. Sheryll was very prompt in responding to our emails/text messages and in addressing all our concerns. She always provided us with updated listings and comps, and was always available to accompany us to Seattle to look at properties, even with very short notice. She made it look easy when she had to prepare offers for two different properties on 2 consecutive days just to make sure that we would have a better chance of “winning” that week. Sure enough we successfully outbid 14 other buyers on a property that we eventually bought (we closed on Feb.14th, after only 21 days, thanks to a very efficient loan officer that she referred to us). She was constantly providing tips and advice on how to come up with very attractive - but reasonable - offers. She made sure that nothing got missed during the whole process, including making sure that the final figures during closing were accurate and that we double check that we were sending the earnest money and downpayment to the correct escrow account number.
